As a BACP-registered counsellor, I follow strict ethical guidelines to ensure my practice is safe, high quality and transparent for my clients. I love incorporating creative techniques into my therapy and seeing what this brings for clients, as it can help tap into the subconscious, allowing you to uncover and process thoughts and feelings that might not surface through conversation alone.
